Which product should I choose?+
Choose Raw Shreds for a deduplicated UDP feed and your own reconstruction pipeline. Choose Decoded Transactions for reconstructed, signed transaction data with program and account filters. Choose Pool Catalogue for a verifiable inventory of Solana pools and their dependency accounts.
Do I need to run a Solana node?+
No validator is required. Raw Shreds needs a server with a reachable IPv4 and UDP port, plus your own receiver or deshredder. Decoded Transactions and Pool Catalogue can be consumed directly by your application using the product's documented connection or download interface.
Where is Shredo available, and how fast is delivery?+
Shredo delivers from Frankfurt. End-to-end latency depends on your server location, network conditions, and the product you use. There is no single latency figure that applies to every customer; compare arrival times from your own infrastructure.
Does Pool Catalogue include live prices or balances?+
No. Pool Catalogue provides signed, immutable inventory snapshots: pool identities, dependency accounts, generation lineage, and removals. It is a discovery and verification product, not a live price feed or a stream of pool balances.
Are decoded transactions confirmed or final?+
No. Decoded Transactions contains signed transactions reconstructed from observed shreds, potentially before execution is known. A transaction appearing in the feed does not prove that it landed, succeeded, or became final. Check execution and finality separately.
How do payments and renewals work?+
Subscriptions run for one calendar month and are paid in USDC on the Solana network. SOL and payments on other networks are not accepted. Your exact amount and subscription dates are shown before payment. There is no automatic wallet debit or forced annual contract; you choose whether to renew.
